Right Click the task bar at the bottom of the screen. This will pop up Taskbar Settings. Open Taskbar Settings.
The Personalization > Taskbar window will appear.
Scroll down and expand Taskbar behaviors.
This will display the option for Show my taskbar on all displays. Place a Check in this option.
